REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY:
Vape Shelf supply genuine, high quality products sourced directly from the manufacturer. However, we do appreciate that occasionally products can be faulty.
We have tried to make our Returns Policy as fair as possible:
Conditions:
- 30-40 day exchange, from the date of purchase, for faulty products.
- Product must have original packaging.
- Product must not have been misused.
The following items are not eligible for return:
- E-liquids, disposables and coils.
*The return shipping is paid by the customer.
